Nous sommes présentement à la recherche de techniciens en administration, des agents administratifs et des secrétaires médicales afin de combler différents besoins en soutien administratif au sein de notre organisation.

Plusieurs secteurs sont disponibles en fonction de ton intérêt:

-Activités de remplacement;

Au CIUSSS MCQ, le personnel administratif est appelée à effectuer, entre autres, les tâches suivantes :

-Accueillir et répondre aux demandes des usagers;

-Rédiger, corriger et classer plusieurs types de documents;

-Fixer et confirmer des rendez-vous;

-Planifier et coordonner des réunions;

-Participer à divers projets;

-Soutenir l'équipe de travail au niveau des tâches administratives et cléricales;

-Assurer la complétion de formulaires et documents;

-Assurer les suivis téléphoniques et courriels.

Tu dois être disponible sur des quarts de rotations (jour/soir) ainsi qu'une fin de semaines sur deux. Nos besoins sont pour la liste de rappel, avec plusieurs possibilités d'obtenir des remplacements.
