SALARY: Class 3 - $24.10 / hour;

SCHEDULE: 33 hours per week, from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM

WORK MODE: On-site

WORK LOCATION: Administration, Finance, 1333 BOUL CHOMEDEY OFFICE 601 A/S ADMINISTRATION OF SERVICE, FINANCE LAVAL H7V 3Y1

DURATION: May 6, 2026 to August 21, 2026

The challenges that await you

According to established methods, perform various tasks of a complex nature but involving the execution of rather routine tasks. This role requires practical experience in a typical field of activities and/or basic knowledge in accounting.

More specifically:

  • Oversee the processing of grant applications for individuals aged 65 and over under regulation L-12221;
  • Draft emails, make follow-up phone calls, and perform data entry;
  • Provide impeccable customer service.
The ideal profile for us
  • Have completed at least one year of a accounting and management or administration technique or any other relevant field by the end of the winter 2026 session;
  • Have full-time student status for the winter 2026 session;
  • Have at least six (6) months of customer service experience;
  • Have a perfect written knowledge of French;
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite;
