Main Responsibilities As a Service Coordinator for Field Technicians, you will be responsible for the efficient planning and coordination of service activities, ensuring that our field technicians can provide high-quality support to our customers. You will work closely with our field service team to guarantee exceptional service delivery. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Planning and assigning road work to technicians, analyzing their skills, availability, and the profitability of routes by sector to minimize unnecessary travel based on customer requests. Managing and updating technician schedules, taking into account emergencies and last-minute requests, in an environment where priorities can change rapidly. Facilitating communication between field technicians, customers, and the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient information flow. Providing administrative support by preparing required documentation and monitoring service contracts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in service coordination or management Field workforce. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. Resourcefulness and good communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly resolve problems and make informed decisions. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of performance, even in unexpected or stressful situations.
